By placing an order in the ondaFlo online store, you get not only high-quality products, but also a guarantee of safe and convenient delivery. 

Delivery methods and costs

Delivery of our products is carried out via the website apaczka.pl. 

Shipping methods and costs depend on the shipping country and product type. We offer free shipping when purchasing a swimming pool.

The total delivery cost of your order will be known after adding the products to the cart and selecting the delivery method convenient for you.

Important! We do not provide a deposit service. We recommend that you obtain support during the payment process.

Shipping countries 

We ship within Poland and to selected European countries. Currently, you can also order ondaFlo products to countries such as: France, Belgium, Germany, Austria and the Netherlands.

Delivery time 

We will send the purchased goods to you within 2 to 5 business days from the moment the payment is credited to our account. In certain cases (e.g. pre-sale orders) the delivery time may be extended - appropriate information will then be included on the product card.

The domestic delivery time depends primarily on the service provider. In the case of international shipments, the delivery time may be longer, in accordance with the service provider's regulations.
