Delivery methods and costs

Shipping methods and costs depend on the country of delivery and the type of product. We offer free shipping on pool purchases.

You will see the total delivery cost of your order after adding products to the cart and selecting the delivery method that suits you best.

Important! We do not provide a carry-in service. We recommend arranging assistance for the carry-in process.

Shipping countries

We ship to the following countries: Poland, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, France, Spain, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Italy.

Delivery time

We will dispatch the purchased goods to you within 2 to 5 business days from the moment the payment is credited to our account. In certain cases (e.g. for pre-sale orders) the processing time may be longer – the relevant information will then be provided on the product page.

The delivery time for domestic shipments depends primarily on the service provider. For international shipments, the delivery time may be longer, in accordance with the service provider's terms and conditions.
